| Jesus sent out his followers two by two (Luke 10.-24). Jesus said, "Wherever
two or more are gathered..."
Christianity seems to possess a undeniable social dimension, an inescapeable
communal component.

Not only the fellowshipping and companionship of Christians is an
inescapeable Christian tenant, but I also believe the discussion of our
beliefs in Christ are inherent in that socialization. How can we "be
on one accord", without discussions...which contrary to the beliefs of
many who feel their beliefs are private and not open for discussion,
always makes me question their conception of Christianity.

| Hebrews chapter 10 verse 25, "Let us not give up meeting together, as
some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another---and
all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Acts chapter 2, verse 42: "They devoted themselves to the apostles'
teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
. . All the believers were together and had everything in common."
1 Corinthians 12:12ff: "The body is a unit, though it is made up of
many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So
it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body
. . . Now the body is not made up of one part but of many. If the foot
should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it
would not for that reason cease to be a part of the body. And if the
ear should say, "Because I am not an eue, I do not belong to the body,"
it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body. . . . The
eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say
to the feet, "I don't need you!" On the contrary, those parts of the
body that seeem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that we
think are less honorable we treat with special honor."
