Can't I say what it is according to the Bible? Please? Who cares what
it is according to me? All right. <grumble, grumble>

The good news is that we have been reconciled with God through the life
and death of His Son, Jesus Christ, who paid the price for our sins and
who, when we accept Him by faith, will let us live with Him forever.

That's just a quick summary, of course. But, it should do.

The "good news" is that while we may be prisoners of our bodies and
our circumstances, our spirits mays soar where no eagle has ever flown.

The "good news" is a message of peace. The "good news" is a message of love.
The "good news" is a message of good will toward all persons.

The "good news" is our inheritance of being set right with God.
The "good news" is that Christ is with us always.

The "good news" is that we need not live in darkness, that we may walk
in the light.

Peace,
Richard

...that God created you good and loves and accepts you as you are.
...that God wants you to *be* yourself and gives you the freedom to be
so. (Hey, it ain't easy to figure out who the "real me" is!)
...that God takes delight in fellowship with you.
...that the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
constitute God's way of trying to convince us of all of this!
