    Hi
    
    I am doing a presentation in college on Disneys as a Quality
    organization. We are looking at there hiring, training and motivational
    skills.
    
    There was a video about Disney's Management style that I say through
    Digital a number of years ago.. would anyone know the name of the
    video, possibly where I could get it / borrow it?
    
    The video took you through the training, a tour through the underground
    and all that great stuff..
    
    
    Any info would be truly appreciated!

    It sounds like "In Search Of Excellence."  I think I saw that on PBS.
    It might help to check the book first if you don't have easy access
    to tapes.
