Is there anybody out there who will be visiting Disneyland or Universal Studios shortly who would be prepared to do me a favour. We have just returned from a four week tour of Calafornia, calling in on these places at the beginning of the holiday. On the way to the airport our car was broken into and all of our souvenirs taken, along with our passports and Airline tickets. What items are you interested in obtaining from Disneyland?

Thank you both for your replies. The items that were stolen were only small but they were presents for my five year olds class mates, plus a couple of souvenirs for the family. They were 1 small Simba (the approx 8" size) 1 small Nala " " 30 assorted Disney pensils with Disney characters on top (for school pals) 2 Disney pens (Type with clear pannel that objects move along In (Mums) 1 Disneyland pin brooch. 1 pair Minni Mouse earings (Mums) I reckon the above comes to approx $150+. If you would be able to get any of these items for me I would be very grateful. Please could you let me know the best way to get the money to you. The stuffed toys in the Disney store in the U.K. seem to be slightly different to the ones actually in Disneyland itself for some reason. Plastic faces instead of soft furry faces. Jean,
I have found the disneyland merchandise phone number to be extremly
helpful in locating items from the park. I realize you are in England
but I will post the number just in case. (it's at home).
If you remember where in the park you purchase or saw an item
they usually can located it. I recently ordered at Mad Hatter
Top hat and some other plastic figures that I saw at Disneyland
back in March.

Jean,
we were in a similar situation after our last trip to WDW, and were
able to reorder *everything* we had purchased in the park, regardless
of how large or small, by calling the number listed below. I don't know
if there will be complications related to ordering from outside of the
U.S., but it's worth a try, at least.

As mentioned in a follow-up note, the phone number listed in 55.8 for
mailorder 'in-park' merchandise is no longer valid. The woman to whom the
old number was reassigned was nice enough to provide the new number,
and asked that people NOT call the old number any more. (She's not
affiliated with Disney, and still gets swamped with calls.)
The new phone number is: 407-363-6200, available M-F, 8:30-4:30 EST.
