| I was there last labour day weekend for four days in 89. I found
the crowds to be relatively light. In MK lines were walk right
in to about 20 min. In Epcot we usually walked right in except
for the Canada pavillion (it was crowded, since we are from Canada
it was kind of fun to watch the crowds in there, BTW we don't all
wear plaid, lumberjack clothes, and eat maple syrup all day ;-).
The only real line ups we met were in MGM, as long as you get there
early you shouldn't have to wait to long. Tipical times= Movie
ride-25 min., backstage-first ones on, Indiana Jones -40min.,Animation
show-15min.
Hope this gives you an idea....
Have fun,
regards,
JP Lavigne

We went to WDW on August 23-30 1989. It was almost empty. The longest
we waited was 20 minutes for the "Maelstrom" adventure in Norway. An
added bonus was the park hours (MK- 9am- 12 midnight| EPCOT 9am- 10pm|
Disney-MGM- 7am-9pm). Ah, the joys of watching the electric parade
Twice in an evening if we wanted. IMHO, It's one of the best times to
go (provided you can withstand the heat) since everything is
practically deserted and the parks are still set up for dealing with a
crowd.
