Yes there are Horseback Riding trails...but it is a a forty minute group tour and you are led. My wife didn't care to try as she likes horseback riding and so likes a little more control herself. Not sure about rates. George

According to my Orlando Visitors Guide there are two places outside the parks that offer horseback riding. 1. Grand Cypress Equestrian Center 1 Equestrian Drive (407)239-4608 Orlando, FL 32819 1-800-835-7377 Horseback riding on beautifully landscaped trails. 2. Outdoor Resorts River Ranch (FL)1-800-282-7935 (US)1-800-654-8575 Trail rides, rodeo, horseback riding. Either place might be worth a call for more information. Linda

My daughter and I went horseback riding on June 27th. It was her first time riding and she had a nice time. The rides were $12 for a 45 minute ride. The horses are led, and pretty much only walk. It was not too exciting, but it was a nice way to spend a morning. /Jim Pappas
