| I saw a 30 second blurb on CNN's Headline news last night that
mentioned Disney announcing a 10 year developement plan for Disneyland
which is to include a of the Disney/MGM Studios Theme Park at WDW.
Did anyone else here more on this?
How about you Californian's?
Does Disney own land in California other than Disneyland (which I
thought they had no more room to grow) and their Film Ranch (Golden
Oaks?) were they have room for the Studio Tour?

As you might know, Disney purchased the Queen Mary/Spruce Goose
attraction in Long Beach. Last night on TV they mentioned ex-
panding there in Long Beach, also they mentioned property near
Disneyland (don't know where).

Disney to expand kingdom, by Craig Wilson USA TODAY
The magic Kingdom just keeps getting bigger.
Disney chairman Micheal Eisner is expected to unveil a 10-year plan
Friday to expand the 35-year-old Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.
Included: a reproduction of the Disney-MGM Studios at Florida's Disney
World, and Indiana Jones stunt extravaganza and attractions based on
the Muppets and Roger Rabit.
Not to be outdone, Disney World in Florida has scheduled a Sunday press
conference to announce a major expansion there, too.
Although Disneyland employess have seen a sneak preview of plans for
the expanded Southern California theme park opened by Walt Disney in
1955, officials are declining to elaborate immediately.
"It will all become official on friday", says publicity manager Bob
Roth.
Disneylan's 35th anniversary begins Thursday, when Eisner welsomes back
1955 opening day celebrities, including Ronald Reagan.

| From what I heard from people that work in EPCOT last September, there
will be another lake in EPCOT to add 14 more countries and conect the
Swan Hotel to the EPCOT park by boats and walk ways. The channel will
be between France and England. Constrution has started already!!!!

Nope!
I think Disney Co. and Anaheim are trying to sell the State govt. and
the local residents that WESTCOT and another movie studio theme park
would be a good thing.
