Re: .-1 I've been on Carnival 8 times and had a GREAT time. I think Carnival is your best bet for singles. Make sure you leave out of Miami has San Juan usually attracts an older crowd who can afford the air fare instead of driving to the Port of Miami. Opinions vary ! -Steve- | |||||

I'll agree with Steve - Carnival targets singles. We've been on 3 Carnival cruises and had a blast every time. The mix varied from cruise to cruise, but the one we sailed on in late May/early June must have coincided with college(s) finishing up - there were LOTS of college-age singles on board. That one, BTW, was out of San Juan. When we went this past February, a co-worker and his family traveled with me and mine. He got the "video diary" summary tape, and says that you can tell the target audience by the choice of editing... As always, your mileage may vary. (-: - John |
