I've tried searching under costume, theme and masquerade, but nothing comes up!
While reading my cruise brochure today, a costume party was mentioned for one
of the theme nights. What kind of costumes have you seen on a cruise?
Any ideas out there for a costume that is easy to pack, comfortable to wear,
and suitable for a large person? Also, a companions outfit that follows
the same set of requirements?

| I've seen just about any custome imaginable on a cruise. Now remember
only a few people do the costume party so don't worry if you don't.
But do go to see the people that do because some are pretty good and
funny. The ships also provide limited stuff to make a costume. Some
people come up with pretty good costumes without bringing anything at
all (costume materials are normally free). Sorry I do not have
specific ideas, try to keep costume small unless you like lugging
stuff.
