If anyone is interested I have some RCCL upgrade coupons from the
Crown & Anchor magazine that I get.
Send mail to me on may30::cullison if interested, if they go I will
post replies or delete the note. Please do not bother me to send them
unless you are going to use them.
All dates are in 1993, some may have been withdrawn, they are not
general and have restrictions. They are only useful for certain upgrades
but can be combined with Breakthrough rates.
Coupons are Free. They have blanks for names, they have an ID# which
I assume is the confirmation number ?, agent would know.

The 3 category upgrade is really nice, you pay for the lowest inside/outside
deck (example deck #2 on Sovereign, and get either deck #'s 5,6,7 or 8.
With breakthrough rates also, the difference between the
lowest Outside cabin is not much from lowest inside on certain dates allowing
a good deal.
One interesting thing I found when I made my own reservations. I asked about
the coupons being used since I was going with a high volume cruise
specialists. They said they automatically give you the effective value
of an upgrade coupon if you book a cabin that qualifies or something like
that ?? That might explain why the difference between the lower
and the higher level cabins was much smaller than normal. Seems weird,
I do not know if they get special treatment over regular agents etc.
My reservations could
not take advantage of them anyway. The coupons are presented with
the deposit for cruise with agent. I got a good deal so I was happy.
