Has anyone ever been to Caracas? I'll be going there in December. I'll
only be there for one day (whoopee ding) since I'll be on a cruise, but
I\d be interested in hearing what people think about the city. Is it
safe, is it clean, is it funky? What are the nightclubs like? What is
the main kind of music you hear. What is a good beach to go to. Are
the beaches clean/safe? Where does one shop? Any good bargains for
clothing, shoes, etc?
I am DYING to know......
