    I have seen many references to "outside Agents" in connection to travel
    agencies.  Could anyone shed a little  light on what this is; what it
    involves, how to become one, and what benefits are associated with it.
    
    I would appreciate any information.  I have often thought about working
    for a Cruise Only Agency; and perhaps this could be a foot in the door.
