    I'm planning a cruise this summer with my wife.  We've never been
    on a cruise before and we're looking forward to it.  We've enjoyed
    reading the notes in this conference and now have answers to all
    of our questions except one:  Is it possible to use a fax machine
    from a cruise ship?  How about a portable terminal?

	FAX's and such that use phone lines are going to cost you BIG $$$. Ship to shore is EXPENSIVE. I recieved a bill of $25.37 for two mins ship to shore. The line might have service but as in -.1 don't go it alone, check with the line first. George C.
