On May 1, 1997 DECWRL is being retired.
Anyone who is still using DECWRL for mail should start using the
RMC's - see note 1988 for a list of the RMC's and their related
DECnet areas.
Anyone still using DECWRL for access to the gatekeeper archives
should install TCP/IP services on their DECnet node and start
using anonymous ftp.
