Bernhard Langer created a couple of new records this weekend when
he won the Volvo PGA title at Wentworth.
Langer has now won at least 1 European Tour event every year for the
past 17 seasons. Not bad for someone who had to overcome the dreaded
yips 2 or 3 times earlier in his career.
He created another record by completing all 4 rounds of a competition
for the 54th consecutive event, beating the previous record by 1. I
would imagine he'll continue in incrementing this record for a while
yet.
