At Juniper Hills (Northboro' Ma. USA), I picked up a brochure for "MGA
Players Golf Club - The Club for Massachusetts Golfers". Does anyone
know anything about it?
It appears to be a golf club without a course. For $35, it includes
USGA/MGA handicap; a current copy of the USGA Ruels of Golf; "Play many
courses not usually open to public play"; compete in organized
tournament play; receive the MGA magazine; and learn the rules and
etiquette of the game. If you already have an MGA handicap, the fee is
$20.
