Is it time to revitalize the Corporte Cup ?
Will SHR attend and be prepared to relinquish the cup ??
Is there any interest in having the Corporate Cup Tournament in Maine
this year ? I would be willing to organize the tournament and play
somewhere in Maine.
Right now I'm leaning towards Sugarloaf in Carrabasett Valley, Samoset
in Rockland, or Bar Harbor.
If your interested in puting a team together, please drop me a mail
message at DNEAST::STEVENS_JIM. If there is enough interest, I will
proceed. Please send me an e-mail by April 1.
If your interested, that means your willing to at least organize your
league's team.

Well, so far I've heard from:
Gary Lonczak from Hudson
Gordi Rogers and Pat Kelley from Salem
Ray MacNamara from MRO
How about SHR - TOM PERCOUCO - Are you affiliated with the SHR league ?
How about Maynard ? MKO ???
We have four teams, becuase Augusta would put a team together.
Can we pick up any more teams ??
To help those of us in Manufacturing with end of quarter and all, how
about we plan on July 15 at Sugarloaf.
If anyone can speak for their leagues, please contact me by the end
of this week. I will update this note next Monday.
Come on, July golf in Maine !! No bugs - No Heat - Great Course.

Jim,
I'd suggest staying away from prime vacation months of July and
August or else we'll lose some players across the board. If it
must be in July, the late July is better due to year-end closing
process. (wk 4 maybe)

Hi Jim,
Yes, I am running the DEC SHREWSBURY GOLF LEAGUE this year.
We are definately interested in the CUP tourney.... September
sounds great to me and I'm sure with most of the vacations out
of the way by then, our members will agree as well. Keep me
informed. We'll look forward to it.
