	Bob, I live in the Was DC area now, but was raised in the Tidewater area (Hampton, Newport news, Norfolk, Va Beach). March is a VOLATILE month ranging from beautiful (like today, sunny, 70 degrees) to ugly. The courses are open but very wet right now and will probably be soft the rest of the month. Don't be surprised if you can't ride a cart, but the odds of great golf weather are pretty good. Watch the weather channel, I guess..... my $.02 Steve
