Can someone help or explain the subtley of shaft kickpoints or flexpoints as related to shaft stiffness. Was looking at some wilsons with shaft ratings of stiff and tour and the associated flex points were mid shaft and high shaft respectivly. How is this related to the type of swing, so I can determine the most appropriate... thanks

As far as I know, the stiffness of the shaft has nothing to do with the kick point. I believe the kickpoint relates to the most flexible part of the shaft. A high kickpoint will tend toward a lower trajectory where a lower kickpoint will help a player to get the ball up. JT | |||||
