| I doubt the warranty would still apply. I'd call Ed Banks, In
Arlington, Mass. He's a factory authorized repair guy for nearly
everyone.

1785.3 | Dubious shafts | MROA::DIAZ | Octavio, Business Dev. FPPS CBU | Fri Oct 08 1993 16:05 | 7 |
| My partner in the Golf league had TWO TMs drivers with Titanium shaft
where the shaft bent (You could see the head slightly "closed". And
no he didn't throw or hit the club against anything). One was brand
new. He got his money back for that one. For the second one he
replaced it with a non-TM origianl shaft.

1785.4 | Taylor Made repaired it with apology in TWO weeks!!! | CALS::CHOI | Yung Choi MRO4-1/H21 297-2815 | Mon Oct 18 1993 09:12 | 17 |
| I sent my broken TM driver to Taylor Made on Oct 2
thru regular US Postal Service (my proshop recommended.)
It cost me $4.10.
Surprisingly, I received my driver back on Oct 15th
a brand new Titanium shaft (of course it is a new
kind named as TFT/R - Twist Flex Titanium Regular
flex) with a letter saying;
"... I want to apologize for any inconvenience
this may have caused you... Quality is our number
one priority at Taylor Made, but occasionally a
defect occurs..."
I am very impressed the way they treated.
For your curiosity... - Yung
