      For several reasons, I am pulling out of running the Challenge Cup
      this year.  There is plenty of time for anyone else to organize it.
      The first year of the CC, I started in September and we had the
      tournament in October.

      Reasons (ie. excuses):

        1)  Given what has happened, what still is happening and what will
            continue to happen in the forseeable future with downsizing, I 
            couldn't in good conscience organize and run a golf tournament.
            Maybe someone in a better frame of mind, can.  

        2)  The 'new' Digital frowns upon extra curricular activities, such
            as golf tournaments and leagues, wellness centers, etc.  I'm
            not very good at sticking my neck out.

        3)  My spare time recently, has been occupied with other things. (see
            excuse #1).    8^(

        4)  I'm very sorry, but I thought the new fiscal year would have brought
            better news.
