| I got a set there 2 years ago (3-SW) for $550.00. It was from a local
Pro Shop, you can't buy them direct from Karsten's.
cheers,

1743.2 | lots of Eye 2's & good golf | ATPS::MILLER | | Fri Jul 23 1993 14:30 | 15 |

Was just out there this past week. Lots of EYE 2's used in
shops for about $300-350. Lots of ads in the newpapers for
used sets. Van's Liquidation Center on N. Scottsdale had
2 sets. I believe a Nevada's Bob's in the Norwest side of
town had several - they have about 500 used sets in stock.
The Arizona Golf Resort had what appeared to be a new set for
$425.
Have fun shopping. Play some golf while your there...prices are
real reasonable....e.g. Orange Tree $22 plus tax for 18 holes,
cart and lunch. Arizona Golf Resort, $18 for unlimited golf and
free lunch(sandwich and soft drink).

Stevie,
I bought a set of ZING's here in the U.K. last September.
Including a Sun Valley Bag they cost 500 (pounds sterling).
Best buy I ever made. The long irons are a dream to hit.
Go get 'em.

| I have a set of Eye 2,s , i am very interested to hear how good the
Zings are.
Are they much better than the Eye,s?
I have been using Pings for 8yrs plus and find them a great club.
Is it worth me doing a P/EX deal for Zings?
Any info from users of Zings v Eyes would be appreciated.
While i am at it is anyone using the Callaway Big Bertha, i tried
a friends of mine thought it looked awfull, hit it a few times
i was well impressed a very good peice of equipment, but
at 200.00 Pounds a club a bit steep.

Stevie,
I live in Tempe, a suburb of Phoenix. There are, as some of
the previous replies have indicated, tons of used ping clubs
here in the greater Phoenix area. I have found that some of
the best prices are to be found at the municipal courses. But
there are always sets in the paper at various prices. So if time
is available, look around before buying. One plug of course,
Ken McDonald Golf Course here in Tempe is very competitive.
regards,
Dave
