    Anyone interested in Joining the DEC Marlboro Golf League?
    We'd like to recruit some new members for this season.
    We play on Thursdays at Juniper Hill G.C. in Northboro, Ma.
    
    Attached is the Waiver form. The Registration form was mailed out
    last month. If you decide to join, send in the attached waiver
    form and dues fee, then we'll sent you a registration form.

      YOUR GOLF DUES AND WAIVER FORM DEADLINE IS APRIL 16, 1993
	Dues will be $80 this year.  FIRST PAYMENT of $40 by the
	  above date.  Please note:  Paid dues and a signed waiver
	      form confirm your place in the league.  
	     ANYONE WHO HAS NOT PAID  $40 BY THE ABOVE
	     DATE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN FLIGHT PAIRINGS.

The attached Waiver Form is being sent to all players (both regulars
and substitutes). Please fill out the attached Waiver Form. Do not send 
it over the network. Fill it out and write your $40 check for 1993 dues.

  Golf League and acknowledge that this activity is outside the scope

  discharge Digital Equipment Corporation and its agents from any and all
  
  actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of
  
  any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in said
  
  activity.
                                                                    
  Further, I hereby consent to the free use of my name and/or picture in any
  
  form of publication in association with my participation in said activity.
  
  Attached is my payment half of the participation fee of $ 40.00.  The

  remaining $40 is due to the treasurer, Kelly Bedard, by July 1, 1993.
