    I am in charge of our local Digital Golf League in Columbus, Ohio. 
    I have a crude but acceptable Excel spreadsheet for doing handicaps,
    point calculations, etc.
    
    Does anyone have anything that might be better.  Preferably shareware
    or home grown?  
    
    Also, does anyone have the current formula for how the PGA caluclates
    the handicaps?
