I am putting this here hoping to get a response(got no reply in the Fla. note). I am hoping to be in Naples at the end of the month and would like to get informtaion on courses down there(not the resort type expensive courses). Does anyone have any information?? Regards, dalip

See the earlier note for course names. As far as expense is concerned. This is the busy season in most of Florida so golf is therefore fairly expensive. You can expect to pay on say Palm River in Naples about a $30 green fee and $10 cart fee. Some courses offer a lower fee after 2 PM which makes the last couple of holes kind of dark this time of year. Check the local paper for coupon specials. Bonita Springs CC typically is the lowest cost in the area but still a nice course. Try the Flamingo Island Club in Naples they may have some bargin rates and the course is superb. |
