    	Are you interested in joining Scituate Country Club!!!!
    
    	Scituate Country Club is a 9-hole Private Golf Club located
    	on the mouth of the North River on Third Cliff in Scituate
    	Massachusetts.
    
    	I am President and General Manager, (still working at DEC, at
    	least for now) as well as 1/3 owner.
    
    	We are in the process of adding irrigation to the fairways, (the
    	greens and tees are irrigated now). We have a Golf course
    	architect (Marvin Armstrong from NH) re-designing the course. 
    
    	We have a clubhouse built in 1840. We have an architect working
    	on the interior members area.
    
    	Current membership info....
    
    		Initiation Fee		$1200.00
    		Full Member		$1200.00
    		Spouse Member		 $400.00
    		Child (<22)		 $250.00
    		Child (23-29)		 $700.00
    
    
    		Monthly assessment ($40.00 for single - $60.00 for couple)
    
    
    	Will give a Digital Discount and reduce initiation fee to $1000.00
    	and first year dues to 1000.00 . That's a savings of $400.00.
