    This is for anyone interested in learning more about the Rules of Golf.

    Together, the USGA and PGA of America will conduct 12 seminars in 1992
    to further educate golfers on the Rules of Golf. The workshops are
    designed not only for Rules officials, but also for golfers desiring to
    learn more about the Rules. Reservations are accepted on a first-come,
    first-serve basis, and attendance is limited t oensure acceptable
    instructor/student ratios. Seminar fees are $125 for the 2-day,
    first-timer sessions, and $150 for the regular 4-day workshops.
