the Grandview C.C. in Leominster. We still have plenty of open

American Cancer Society. This is the "3rd Annual John DiPietro
Memorial Golf Tournament" which will take place as follows:
Date: Friday, June 12, 1992
Rain Date: Monday, June 15, 1992
T-Off Time: 8:30 a.m.
Place: Fort Devens Golf Course
Jackson Gate, Route 2
Ayer, Massachusetts
We encourage you to join us for a day on the links or to help by
donating funds. The American Cancer Society has made great progress.
The survival rate for cancer patients today is one in two, up from one
in five fifty years ago. The cost of services for cancer patients
including transportation to outpatient treatment, information and
referral, and research continues to be very costly.
Here is how you can help us as well as benefit from participating in
this event. By being a contributor you would be recognized in helping
to fight this dreaded disease.
All proceeds from the golf tournament will go directly to the American
Cancer Society. We look forward to your participation and support in
this unique effort.

3rd ANNUAL JOHN DIPIETRO GOLF TOURNAMENT
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
DATE: Friday, June 12, 1992
(Rain date - June 15,1992)
TIME: Tee Off at 8:30, shot gun start
PLACE: Ft. Devens Golf Course. Enter the base at the Jackson St. Gate
entrance off Route 2A west of Ayer center. Allow extra time to
check in at the gate. Must have license and auto registration.
ENTRY FEE: $75.00, includes golf, cart, luncheon, prizes, donation and
complimentary gift bag.
FORMAT: 4 ball scramble, teams of 4
FORMAT REQM'T: each team must select a minimum of 3 tee shots from each of
its' players.
PRIZES: HOLE-IN-ONE CONTEST, CHANCE TO WIN A BRAND NEW CAR
LONGEST DRIVE FOR MEN AND FOR WOMEN
CLOSEST TO THE PIN CONTEST FOR ALL PAR 3'S
TOP 3 TEAMS FOR THE LOWEST SCORE
OTHER: The top team from each of the 3 handicap divisions (men and women)
are eligible to compete in the ACS state championship held down on
the Cape. Winners there will then move onto the national finals in
Florida (Doral CC).
USGA rules apply except where local rules apply.
