I am sure there are many Europeans which have been playing in Ireland.However I encourage myself to have your opinion about Irish golfcourses.I am going to have a week holiday in Ireland with my clubs 21 - 28 september 1990 and my trip will be from Dublin around Ireland.Any one proposals are appreciated about courses and lodgings. I played all the major Irish courses in the North and South in '85 (although there are so many good 'uns I know we missed some that aren't as well known). Send me a VMS mail or give me a call at 223-2440 and I'll fill you in. IMO, you DO NOT (!!) want to miss Royal County Down. --Jack | |||||

The address for the Tourist Board for Southern Ireland is: Irish Tourist Board 14 Upr. O'Connell St. Dublin 1 Ireland Tel: 01747733 (from U.K. 0001747733) The only address for Northern Ireland I have is for the the office here in Dublin: Northern Ireland Tourist Board 16 Nasseau St. Dublin 2 Ireland. Tel: 016791977 The courses here are excellent all over and outside the cities and surrounds are usally quite except Saturday and Sunday mornings (competitions).
