1067.1 | Rain Glove | CGOA01::BCOMEAU | | Wed Aug 29 1990 12:29 | 14 |
| Jack,
I have not tried the Neumann glove myself, I usually use Titleist
of Foot-Joy. However, I have a tip if you ever find yourself playing
in the rain. Use surgical gloves. Believe it or not, it is like
the grip is glued to your hands, no matter how wet the grips get.
I don't know if this is legal or not. Your opponents probably wouldn't
know any better anyway
Bruce.
PS. Thanks for your suggestion re: golf courses in Boston.

I have also just started using the Neumann glove and agree 100%
with .0. The best thing that I like about it is that it's the only
glove that I have ever been able to use for more that one round
without ripping. Also, they seem to stretch a little after a few
rounds, but not enought to be a problem.

1067.3 | They're washable, too!! | SLSTRN::BONNER | | Thu Aug 30 1990 12:54 | 5 |
| I've been using one since early June. The tackiness is superb, but as
.2 notes, it is prone to stretch. They are also washable - and I was
advised to wash them when they get dirty to increase the overall life!
Needless to say, I have yet to stick it in the washing machine!!
