Len,
I don't deal very much with Golfsmith and the primary reason is the
length of time it takes for delivery. I haven't seen the 10 - 12 days
you mention, but usually 5-6 days. It usually takes about 3 days from
the companies in Ohio...
Regards
Gene

| Who do you use? Advantage? Maltbie (Golfworks, right?)? How are
prices?
I guess 2-3 days delivery off set minor price differences.

BTW I finished those woods that I was making some time ago. I sold the
2 wood to a neighbor and he likes it OK. I'm using the driver and
hitting it very well! My metal driver was giving me problems so I went
with the one I made. I also made a 3 wood. They all came out pretty good.
A couple of minor flaws, but eliminating them just comes with experience I
guess.

I'd definately try to use UPS as much as possible.
Gene made me a set of Taylor Made look-a-likes last month and he sent
them UPS to me over here in England. He sent them on Wednesday
afternoon. They arrived at my house Friday at 13:00!!!. Two days across
the Atlantic. Well impressive. (Almost as impressive as the woods -Gene)
