There is a new executive course on rte.122 just up from Amherst
CC, it also has a nice driving range. This could be the one you
are asking about. There is also another course being built in
Hollis. Both of these courses have been mentioned else where in
this conference...

| The new course being built in Hollis is being done by Phil Friel,
owner of Green Meadows and many other courses in the New England
area. It is anticipated that this will be a private course but
I have not heard what the membership fees will be.

right down the hill from me so I think I will call Green Meadow

| I PLAYED THE OVERLOOK COURSE THIS SUMMER. EXCEPT FOR THE LAYOUT,(TOUGH
TO WALK) THE COURSE IS GOING TO BE A TOUGH ONE. PLENTY OF TROUBLE
EVERYWHERE, SORT OF A PASSACONAWAY WITH TREES.

I played there this summer too. I found the course to play fairly
easy... The 2 Par 3's are fun. The par 5's 1 + 3 aren't super long.
You do have to be straight off the tee's there isn't much room for
spraying. I liked the layout but some of the walks from tee to green
were like hiking monomonac...
I shot a 42 then, went around again and had a 40. I made par on the
par 3's and par 5's both times around and birdied 2 and 7.
Spraying my tee-shot on 4 did put me in tough spot though
All in all after playing SKY MEADOW it's a tough act to follow.
