I was wondering if anybody had any discount coupons for this event
or can we get anything thru DEC. I found out the last day of the
DEC Seniors Classic that Strawberry Hills were giving free tix away
And I thought I was getting a good deal with half price$$$

Interesting, I heard a couple of months ago the The Boston Five wsa
cancelled due to funding by the bank being pulled, seems teh bank
didn't have enough money.
Anybody got more info to straighten this out? I really enjoyed it when
I went down there and watched once.

I have had a great time watching the ladies hit in tourneys here in LA.
I find their swing, distance and club selection to be much easier to
associate with. They also hit to the middle of fairways and to the
middle of greens, something I seldom do. The galleries are much more
reserved as well. A fun time if you can make it.

| I believe the tournament is now called "The Bay State Classic". A
previous reply was correct; Boston Five is no longer involved.
The tourney is in progress this week (7/22-7/28). It is being played
at the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, MA (I think Canton). My wife
was there yesterday - her company (A-Copy) is one of the corporate
sponsors - they provided copiers and fax machines to fax the scores
from the 9th and 18th to the leader boards, press tents, etc.
Anyway, she said it is a beautiful course, and, according to one of
the organizers, it is one of the toughest on the LPGA tour.
