Hi,
There is a new golf company making a wood headed "WOOD" that utilizes
a metal insert or "EVERYTHING YOU ALWAYS WANTED IN 1 CLUB"!
This new company is:
JOHN RILEY GOLF
2715 S. KINGS HWY.
N. MYRTLE BEACH,
SC 29582
(803) 272-3876
John Riley Sr. was the designer of Pinseeker's first all metal wood,
the BOMBSHELL.

A metal insert in a wooden head is not necessarily new. Is there
something unique about the design?

Hi,
For better clarity, the metal insert covers the entire surface of
the wooden club and not just the impact area.
Otherwise I would agree with you.
