381.1 | Trull Brook | WORDS::NISKALA | Hans & Franz want to PUUUUMP you up! | Fri Sep 02 1988 10:04 | 16 |
| Yo Dale,
If you'll be in Westford, you'll undoubtedly want to play Trull
Brook just up the road in Tewksbury. It can get crowded, but is
worth the wait being proclaimed as the "most scenic course in the
area". Easiest directions I can think of from Westford are: 495
north to Rte 133 in Tewksbury. Take a left at the bottom of the
ramp. Follow that about 1 mile and you'll come to a 4-way intersection.
I believe there is a red school on the left at this point. Anyways,
take a right and follow it about 1 mile to another 4-way intersection.
Take a left here and Trull Brook GC is about mile down on the
right. If by chance you miss the turn at the red school intersection,
I think there may be another turn further down that has a sign for
Trull Brook. Good luck. Have fun.

Play Stow North off 62 in Stow. One of the top 75 public
courses. Take rt 495 South, exit 27, head east on rt 117
for about 5 miles and take a right at the first light on
rt 62. Go about a mile and take a right at the big sign
for Stow Acres golf course. It's expensive $20+ and very
crowded but worth playing once. Again, play the north course
not the south.

381.3 | What's wrong with the South course? | PBA::MARCHETTI | Mama said there'd be days like this. | Fri Sep 02 1988 13:44 | 4 |
| Don't hesitate to play the South course either. It is a little
shorter than the North, but challenging in it's own way.
