1210.0. "test/diag cpu script fails" by KAOFS::J_DALY () Mon May 26 1997 14:41

    Hi:
    
    	I have read all the notes in this conference about test and
    diagnostics and would like to make sure that I am up to date. 
    
    We have a customer running a turbo 8400 with 2 dual and 1 single cpu.
    We are running 4.86 from the 3.9 CD. The "help test" says that I can
    run a KN script to test the CPU but when I type TEST KN* it says that
    there is no script available. Now my question is: /Is there an overlay
    for the CPU diag as suggested in some notes or as note 664 suggests is
    there no test available for CPU and it is only run at power up. 
    
    Any help is much appreciated..

    You are correct,... CPU testing is only run at powerup.  The "help
    test" is in error.
