    Has someone seen this problem?
    I have a 8400 with three IOP (KFTHA) modules. Every IOP has four
    hoses connected to twelve DWLPA PCI boxes. Every PCI box has four
    KZPSA controllers.
    When doing an init not all hoses are coming up. Sometimes we are
    missing one, an other time six, and they are random. Sometimes
    they are all coming up, but most times not.
    When we reduced the system to two IOP modules we never get it
    failling. This is a new installation so I cant tell if it has
    worked before.
    Any input welcome.
