     I've just spoken to an engineer who attempted the wildcard
  update from cdrom v3.9.  His 8400 seems to have a stong opposition
  to running wnt.

	I don't think that anyone outside PKO (except for sites that we are working with) whould be tring to run WNT on an 8200/8400. We're still looking at EFT sites to go to. If this site is an EFT site then he should be talking DIRECTLY with tl eng. Just because and ARC console is on the CD doesn't mean that's all you need to get WNT going. -Mark-
