We have a bus hang problem with the KZPSA on a AlphaServer 8400 5/350 with
6GB of memory, running VMS V6.2-1H3.
Once every few days the SCSI bus controlled by the KZPSA locks up and
causes a system crash. The bus configuration is as follows:
KZPSA --> DWZZA-VA --> BA658-AA. There are 4 RZ28-VA's in the BA658 which
hold the system page files.
Every single item on this bus has been changed, the terminations have been
verified, but the problem continues.
Below I include a typical errorlog output related to the bus hang.
I have no more ideas, what could be wrong?
