    This is correct and what is coded.  Also for 14 cpu support(440),

   Get a copy of the V7.1 $ALPHADEF module from STARLET...   Several
   folks here in OpenVMS engineering spent some time working out a
   scheme to make this file easier to use and maintain, and adding
   every then-announced Alpha system to the definition file...
