| Well that is a different story then. The BMW is a 2.8 6 cylinder.

| >>>The BMW is a 2.8 6 cylinder.
Thats something I've never understood about ferrin cars et.all
A 2.8L engine is what detroit shoves into economy cars.
The Germans take 2.8L worth of displacement and build high-strung power
thats difficult to use without making other drivers think you have a
turbine under the hood. The damn thing is always screaming its guts
out.
American MUSCLECAR drivers want the kind of power that when a
feather falls on the gas pedal-the rear tires explode!
Does that explain it simple enough?

| Gary,
My name is Ron Wennerberg and I work at DEC in Hudson MA. I just read your
notes file about your 66 Charger. I was wondering what options does the car
have? What spare parts do you have? How much do you want for the whole thing?
And, or will you sell some of the parts that you have? Your reply would be
great. Thanks
RW

| Hello Ron,
I hate to just junk this thing. So ...here goes, I is/was a 383/727
torqflite(tranny rebuilt with very low miles if any) sitting inside the
interior of the car. I is/was and automatic on the (front to back
console). I have a ton of parts. (under the hood was modified) as in
some go fast parts like headers, torker intake,,,holley 7504bcrb (I
think)..spare intakes(performer)...The roll over head light assembly is
up under my garage roof....so you can come shopping if you'd like...I
would unload the whole thing reallyt cheap...take a look, and make an
offer...I won't turn down anything reasonable.. just so you know what
to expect...it's been sitting under a tarp for ??10-12 years??, some
moister has gotten in...nose is off...some rust has set in I am
sure...but I am sure there are some "VERY SALVAGABLE PARTS" if you are
supplementing another car. If you are considering building this
one...then you are in for a real long project...so...there you have
it..
