Jeep carpets are pretty cheap from JC Whitney and Auto Custom Carpets (they
advertise in Four Wheeler). I put an ACC carpet in my '66 Mustang and was very
satisified with the quality, price and fit. It was $85, and I'd think yours
would be the same price or less.
Unless the carpet is near perfect, it may not be worth dying it. RIT
dye (sold at real hardware stores and fabric shops) should work for the carpet
and seats, though.
If you're trying to recolor vinyl or polystyrene plastic interior
pieces, the spray-on coloring paints for the interior work really well, and
actually adhere to vinyl seats, if you clean the seats carefully first. I
was amazed.
