I've searched three conferences, done the "show keyword" routine, and scanned the directories and can't find anything on P.A. renting. Does anyone out there have any info about renting sound reinforcement? How Much would you expect to pay for the following... 16 channel mixing board 800 watts house power 400 watts monitor power (2)house cabs (4)monitor cabs (16) mikes (sm58 equiv) effects rack w/ quadraverb, delay, noise redux mike stands cables/snake set up/tear down (band helps unload/load) engineer (runs the equip.) Any input you may have on the subject will be welcome. Thanx in advance!!! Kevin

In the Boston area (where there is lots of competition) that would run $150-200 a night.

I know that the graduation ceremonies in Townsend and Lunenberg were done by Northeast Sound Reinforcement of Fitchburg MA. No idea as to cost. They were using maybe a 12 or 16 channel board and some decent sounding speakers, can't remember the brand. Actually, the setup was almost overkill for the occasion. Carl
