    I need some help identifying a microphone.  It's an AKG D320B.  It's
    low impedance and has a 3 position switch on it.  The switch appears to
    be some sort of frequency roll off, because position 1 has very little
    bottom to it - 2 and 3 have progressively more bass response.
    
    Anybody have any more information about this microphone, including what
    one is worth new ?  Thanks !

    I'm familiar with a D3*30* that sound like what you've got.  I think
    they're about $250 a pop....

    Well, I got a fairly good deal on it, so it either belongs to someone
    that dearly misses it, or the guy that sold it to me has no idea what

I 've got a 320B, good vocal mike for stage work, spotty for studio stuff.

costs about $150-175 new I think, we got 6 of 'em on a decnet discount when
I was bluzing with LA East

    Thanks !  I guess this baby along with a 20' cord, a desktop stand and
