2259.0. "Help with KORG control knob." by SALMON::ALLEN () Mon Feb 12 1990 14:18

    Hey, I hate to clutter up the conference with this one question,
    but I didn't know where else to put this. (MFFTMIN)*

    A friend of mine just got a bunch of used synth equipment the other
    day, and is trying to make sense of it all. They approached me
    after church wanting to know what a certain control on one of the
    synths did. Apparently it is a KORG Analog synthesizer, but they
    didn't have a model number. The control in question is labelled
    "KEYBOARD CONTROLLER". I have no idea what this might mean. Does
    anyone out there have any ideas?

    Puzzled,
    Bill Allen

2259.1Probably attenuates the KBD control voltage to VCFKALLON::EIRIKURGood tines, bad tines, you know....Mon Feb 12 1990 14:245
This is probably an "amount" control for keyboard voltage that is routed to the
VCF or other modules. An attenuator in this pathway was a popular feature.
