development, whatever) for VAXstations?

If you have VAXpc installed, you might be able to use one of the
PC tools.

Look in ANCHOR""::NET$LIBRARY:EASYNOTES.LIS for the VAXPC conference.
You might be able to get a copy of KITSDIR.DOC from the same location.
Note that VAXPC is only supported on the VAXstations, to the best of my
understanding.
