| Do you want to control the ``after touch modulation'' with the volume
controller, or do you want to use key pressure (aftertouch) to control
the volume?

| Fortunately, this is (relatively) easy.
Set the amplitude modulation sensitivities of each of the carrier
ops to a non-zero value (3 is max). Set the EG BIAS bit of the
Aftertouch function to ON, and set the modulation depth of the
Aftertouch function to something non-zero.
With everything maxed out (AM=3, After depth = 99), you will get
full-scale control over the volume.
Did you know that the actual resolution of the modulation depths
is only 0-15? That 0-99 stuff is hogwash.
Note that this only works if you aren't using the LFO to modulate
amplitudes, otherwise you will ``cross wires'' but I'm sure you
can figure that out.

Do you mean that 0=0 and 15=99, or do you mean that 0=0, 15=15,
and 16-99 is wasted ?

| Actual value := (15/99) * Input Value
(That is, the former).
