I rang Casio U.K. this morning to find out about op system upgrades
and the like. They say they're working on a hard disk option.

| Further to .2: Casio rang me back (!) to tell me that they have
a multitrack sequencer for the FZ's in the pipeline, and 'directory
software'. All software developments will be back-compatible to
the earliest FZ versions. No plans for battery backup for memory.

is designed to demo the FZs, not much use beyond that). These and

Also, the Sound Beaureau now have a new library available at a fiver
a disk. Don't have the address to hand, but they have a multisampled

| Sorry -- my reply was less a 'this is how much it costs' than a
'why pay through the nose for Roland/Yam when you can get a better
instrument for less' sort of comment!
