I actually got lucky and managed to convince my wife that (besides
her) the thing of my dreams was a Strat (circa 76). And there is
a big black guitar case, with the locks fastened, under the Christmas
Tree at this very moment. This may not count for electronics but
I think I,me going to have a great Christmas. It could of course
be just an empty case but it seems to heavy for that.

I hate to jump on the bandsleigh, but I feel that a Fairlight is absolutely
necessary for the studio - especially if you want me to keep pumping out
those seasonal advertising jingles ("Jingle Bells", "Rudolf") for your
big North Pole tax writeoff scam. Oh yea, and please clean up after the
reindeer this year...

I went over to my wife's parents house this Christmas morning and was
handed a gift. Low and behold, an FB-01! Last year I complained about
getting cloths and lamented the good ole days when Christmas brought
toys. The MIDIwife had some pull in this...
Dave - who has been up all night setting up configs on the FB-01
and doing FM stereo imaging with the FB-01 and TX7{
Hmmm, how about an EMAX next year?

| Well, how did you all fare over the holidays? Anyone get any new
toys (other than Dreher)? Or was this wishlist a bust?
BTW - my wife got me a new cartridge for my 707. Symphony unit,
supposedly with 4 times the memory of M64C (or whatever). Bad news -
it's still in transit.

| I gave my Super Jupiter two new Roland RCE-10 stereo chorus units
(half width rack mounts). It was very pleased. Now the CE300
can shack up with the CZ-101, and *it's* real pleased too.
