    Hi all,
    
    A cousin of mine is moving to Canada in the next couple of weeks along
    with his family (he's just obtained permanent residence status there).
    
    Could any of you provide information regarding addresses for the 
    offices/telephone numbers of the Social Security and OHIP at Toronto or
    Mississauga. I had suggested that he could get this information at the
    border when he enters, but thought I'd try and help him out anyway.
    
    I appreciate any and all help. If there's anything else he needs to be
    prepared on, that would be useful too.
